OnePlus 13R confirmed to launch on January 7 along with OnePlus 13

OnePlus on Wednesday (December 18, 2024) confirmed the launch of OnePlus 13R along with OnePlus 13 on January 7 in India. The OnePlus 13 series will also bring the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 wireless earbuds on the same night.
OnePlus 13R confirmed to use a 6,000 mAh battery, and Nebula Noir and Astral Trail colours. The Chinese smartphone maker said to use Gorilla Glass 7i on the front and back of OnePlus 13R.
Both OnePlus 13 series devices are equipped with triple camera systems on the rear, the company said.
OnePlus 13 series will also bring gen AI features Intelligent search and AI-powered photography tools.

Meanwhile, OnePlus 13 confirmed to use Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and the newly released OxygenOS 15. The company is yet to disclose the chip being used in OnePlus 13R.
Additionally, OnePlus 13 is the first OnePlus device to achieve both the IP68 and IP69 rating, the company claimed.
OnePlus already revealed that OnePlus 13 will come in Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean colours.
