In a major shift from its policies, Nothing on Friday (April 11, 2025) hinted that it will include a charger (adapter) in its upcoming smartphone CMF Phone 2 Pro. CMF is a sub-brand of the London-based tech startup catering to the needs of budget and mid segment buyers.

CMF Phone 2 Pro will be launched on April 28 in India.

Nothing co-founder and India President Akis Evangelidis shared this crypted info on his X profile while replying to a tweet. He shared the box of CMF Phone 2 Pro with a charger cut out.

Following the leads of Apple and Samsung to not include chargers in their smartphones, Nothing also doesn’t ship charger inside the box. Since CMF largely relies on mass market, the inclusion of a charger might bring good numbers for the brand in India.
