AI is creating new opportunities for Oklahomans to learn, grow and succeed. Google is committed to making sure the Sooner State is not just ready for this transformation, but positioned to lead it.

Today, we’re announcing $5 million to help Oklahoma students and the local workforce get the critical AI and job-ready skills they need to seize the opportunity AI presents. We’re providing support to leading organizations across the state, including the Thunder Community Foundation, Oklahoma State University Foundation, the Center for Employment Opportunities, Atlas School and Tulsa STEM Alliance.

This support is designed to help organizations on the front lines of Oklahoma’s future provide in-demand AI skills, open doors to new careers and increase economic mobility for people — all while building a talent pipeline of homegrown innovators. This support builds on the investments Google is making in Oklahoma and accelerates the state’s forward momentum.
