Honasa Consumer on Saturday said its chief business officer Yatish Bhargava has resigned from his position, citing personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing.

Bhargava will cease to be part of the senior management team with effect from the close of business hours on May 15, 2026, the company said.

In his resignation letter addressed to CEO Varun Alagh, Bhargava said the decision “stems solely from personal circumstances requiring immediate attention.”

The company did not name a successor yet.

Bhargava joined the omnichannel personal care retailer last year in June. In his role, he spearheaded business operations across brands and channels to scale growth across platforms.

Prior to joining Honasa, Bhargava held key leadership roles at Indian ecommerce major Flipkart and FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever. He has led category transformation, built scalable go-to-market strategies, and driven sustained growth across diverse consumer businesses. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
