OnePlus on Wednesday (December 17, 2025) launched its new smartphone, the OnePlus 15R along with the new OnePlus Pad Go 2, in India. The Chinese smartphone also launched the ‘Ace’ variant of the OnePlus 15R.

OnePlus 15R succeeds the OnePlus 13R launched this year while the Pad Go 2 comes as an alternative to the Pad Go, offering affordability.

OnePlus 15R

OnePlus 15R has a 6.83 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate between 60 to 165 Hz and 1,800 nits peak brightness. The 450 ppi display is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset along with 12 GB LPDDR5X Utra RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. It operates on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.

OnePlus 15R ships with a 7,400 mAh battery supported by an 80W SuperVOOC charger inside the box.

OnePlus 15R is IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K rated which makes it protected against nwater jets, heated water jets, full submersion at depths of up to 1.5 meters for half an hour, and dust.

OnePlus 15R sports a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens. It has a 32 MP selfie camera with autofocus, capable of shooting 4K video at up to 30 fps (frames per second). The main camera has the ability to record 4K 120 fps.

OnePlus 15R will sell in Charcoal Black and Mint Green shades and the Ace Edition in Electric Violet colour.

OnePlus 15R begins at ₹47,999 for the 12 GB/256 GB variant. The 12 GB/512 GB unit costs ₹52,999. Pre-bookings start tonight.

OnePlus Pad Go 2

OnePlus Pad Go 2 has a 12.1 inch display with 7:5 aspect ratio, 900 nits brightness, 98% DCI-P3 colour coverage, and 88.5% display-to-body ratio.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 runs on a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor with 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 also supports Dolby Vision. It also supports OnePlus’s Open Canvas software for multitasking. OnePlus Pad Go 2 users can activate split screen mode and switch between multiple windows.

The tablet ships with a 10,050 mAh battery supported by a 33W SUPERVOOC charging.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 will go on sale on December 18, and starts at ₹26,999 for the 8 GB/128 GB Wi-Fi variant. The 8 GB/256 GB Wi-Fi unit costs ₹29,999, and the 5G model of it will be available at ₹32,999. It will come in Lavender Drift and a Shadow Black shades. The stylus will be sold as an accessory for ₹3,999.
