Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE launched: Price, features and sale

Vivo on Wednesday (May 6, 2026) expanded its camera-centric smartphone series, X300, with the launch of two new smartphones: Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE. Catering to premium segment buyers, the new Vivo X300 Ultra brings the ZEISS tuned lenses along with the extender kit, while the X300 FE offers similar features in a rather affordable pricing.

Vivo X300 Ultra

The Vivo X300 Ultra has a 6.82 inch AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate along with Dolby Vision support, HDR10+ and 510 ppi.

Vivo X300 Ultra ships with a 6,600 mAh battery supported by a 100W charger inside the box. It also supports 40W wireless charging.

Vivo X300 Ultra runs on Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. It operates on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.

Vivo X300 Ultra sports a 50 MP selfie camera. It shines upon a 200 MP main Lytia 901 sensor with CIPA 6.0, along with a 50 MP ultrawide Lytia 818 sensor with CIPA 6.5 and a 200 MP telephoto lens having CIPA 7.0.

It will be available in Eclipse Black, Victory Green shades.

Vivo X300 FE

The Vivo X300 FE has a 6.31 inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate along with 5,000 nits peak brightness, HDR10+ and 460 ppi.

Vivo X300 FE ships with a 6,500 mAh battery supported by a 90W charger inside the box. It also supports 40W wireless charging.

Vivo X300 FE runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. It operates on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.

Vivo X300 FE sports a 50 MP main IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto IMX882 lens and an 8 MP ultrawide camera. It has a 50 MP selfie camera.

It comes in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, Noir Black colours.

Vivo X300 Ultra starts at ₹1,59,999 for the 16 GB/512 GB variant. The Vivo X300 FE begins at ₹79,999. Extender kit will be sold as accessories. Pre-bookings start today while the open sale begins on May 14.
